TPM Warsaw, December 2, 2023
On December 2, 2023, the official kick-off meeting of the “Montessori Erdkinder – Farm School” project took place at the school headquarters on Tatrzańska Street. The event was organized by the Warsaw Montessori School, which prepared the entire program with great care. Among the invited guests were representatives of partner schools from Latvia, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Germany, and Norway. The atmosphere supported meaningful and inspiring discussions, during which the project schedule and budget were discussed in detail.
The meeting provided space for planning upcoming activities and setting the project timeline. We also agreed on future meetings of the management team at partner schools. Participants had the opportunity to exchange experiences and ideas, which will undoubtedly contribute to the successful implementation of the project.
TPM Heidelberg, May 10, 2024
On May 10, 2024, the second project management meeting took place at a partner school in Heidelberg, Germany. Before the meeting, students prepared canvas bag printing workshops, where participants designed and decorated their own bags. For German students, this activity is not only fun but also part of a microeconomic project within Montessori Erdkinder education.
During the meeting, we summarized project activities, discussed progress in developing educational programs, and evaluated the training held at the Montessori Farm School in Białka. We then focused on a key task – student mobility. Each group visited Białka during the year. The day concluded with a walk through the city and a dinner with traditional German cuisine.
TPM Garoza, October 18, 2024
The third project management meeting took place on October 18, 2024 at Garozas Primary School in Latvia. Students welcomed participants and introduced school life, including a short artistic performance.
After a school tour, partners joined practical workshops such as gardening and bread baking. The main session focused on reviewing project progress, including confirmation that the interim report was approved as excellent.
Partners also discussed student mobility in 2025, including scheduling and presentation formats, and the joint mobility in Warsaw and Białka. The day concluded with cultural activities in Jelgava and discussions about the upcoming picnic and conference.
Stavanger, May 2, 2025
The fourth project management meeting took place on May 2, 2025 at Norlights Montessoriskole in Stavanger, Norway. Hosts presented progress and confirmed that student mobility activities were on track.
The main focus was planning student mobility programs in 2025, including documentation, certificates, and logistics. Preparations for the group mobility to Warsaw and Białka were also discussed.
The second part focused on organizing the “Erdkinder Montessori” conference (March 2026), including speakers, workshops, and logistics.
Prague, November 7, 2025
The fifth meeting took place on November 7, 2025 at Heřmánek Prague. It focused on preparation for the final phase of the project and the upcoming conference.
Partners reviewed the conference program, including lectures, workshops, and discussions. Speakers included internationally recognized Montessori experts.
The team also finalized plans for final student mobilities and reviewed project outputs.
The meeting concluded with a clear action plan leading to the final conference and project completion.
